We depart from Yaylaköy, the highest altitude village of Karaburun Peninsula. An important descending is waiting for us!

We’ll start at an altitude of 431 meters and go to coast of Lake Iris at 127 meters. Then, go through the pine forests and paths.

The 16.5-kilometer-long route will end on the coasts of Lake Iris. Like many lakes in the region, this lake is a frequent destination for migratory birde. If you don’t have an hotel or B&B reservation and love camping, you can set up your tents around the lake!
