The center of Marmaris, in-forest roads, calm shores and again in-forest roads… A 47-kilometer-long route in the nature is waiting for us!
We’re starting from the sculpture of Ataturk in Marmaris. First direction is Karacasöğüt. We move on low-traffic roads. Karacasöğüt is an archaeological site that has been inhabited since the Hellenistic period. There, you can see the ruins of the Ancient City of Amnistos, from the ancient Rhodesian era.
This is also a region with amazing bays, where it is difficult to reach by car, mostly visited by boat tours. Now we must get away from here and go to Marmaris between fruit gardens.
We will pass through Yeşilbelde Village. This village is a village where organic agriculture is common. Especially, you have to taste the organic peanuts grown there.
